Digme’s Head of Fitness and an international fitness presenter Dan Little will be putting you through your paces. Dan has travelled the world making people fitter and is the king of HIIT. He has even been known to create fitness DVDs for celebrities!

THREE is our HIIT concept in Oxford and coming soon to our new studio in Blackfriars. Based on the principles ‘run, condition, move’. It’s a full-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength and conditioning. It’s fun, varied and inclusive.
