MOTR® Body Blitz: This class is an all round body workout with a small high intensity cardio-blast incorporated. The MOTR® equipment makes the class challenging and diverse. You will experience cardio, balance, agility, core, upper and lower body and standing exercises. There is no place to hide in the MOTR® Body Blitz session. Classes are small, aimed at all levels and our instructors provide practical demonstrations of all exercises.
