Las Iguanas’ Latin–inspired restaurant and bar conjures up a unique little corner of South America in Old Spitalfields Market.
 
It’s definitely the place to kick back and chill out while you watch the chefs cook up a mouthwatering selection of dishes in the open kitchen. You’ll find everything from Mexican street food like tasty little empanadas to gourmet Fajitas and Brazilian classics including Xinxim (peanut and lime chicken) and Moqueca, a coconut curry that you won’t get on Brick Lane!  And it’s not just a la carte.

The seasonal menu includes an express lunch offer or tasty Latin tapas; try the split tiger prawns in lemon and chilli butter with freshly baked bread. There’s always something exciting for veggies, gluten-free options and imaginative food for children - and everything is cooked fresh to order. The bar is always bustling and specialises in traditional Brazilian cocktails made with the house brand Magnifica Cachaça, distilled from sugarcane grown on Las Iguanas’ own plantation just outside Rio. A fearsome spirit by itself, it’s delicious served with crushed lime and sugar in Las Iguanas’ signature
Caipirinha.
